On-site technical support for various offices and locations including every event at a local 17k+ seat arena and a convention center.
Implemented MFA and RMM software to all computers for a local arena and a convention center to enhance system security, reduce unauthorized access, and for maintenance.
Managed and led an 8-person team in prototyping, designing, and installing custom digital signs for a $300,000+ upgrade to arena with a fast, 10-week turnaround.
Configured, maintained, and troubleshot incidents with enterprise-level network devices such as routers, switches, wireless controllers, firewalls, and security camera systems.
Programmed and installed Linux-based digital signs running proprietary code for various local businesses including theaters, convention center, arena, restaurants, offices, and firehouses.
